We want to call your attention to Selling Bee 2018. Now, we know what you’re thinking: “Isn’t it funny that they made a spelling error in a post about a spelling bee!” Yes, that would be funny, but we meant to say Selling Bee.

Selling Bee is a video pitch contest for Northeast Ohio entrepreneurs in grade K through 8 run by the Young Entrepreneur Institute. Entries to the contest can be from individuals or as classroom projects. The contest opens Oct. 1, 2018.

Here’s the official announcement:

The 2018 Selling Bee starts October 1st!

The 2018 Selling Bee video pitch contest for K-8 students is opening soon! Submit student entries until November 12th for a chance to win great prizes!

Selling Bee is a video business idea pitch contest for students in grades K-8. Students compete on two age tracks: Kindergarten-4th Grade or 5th-8th Grade. Kids formulate a business idea, prepare a pitch, and submit a video of themselves performing the pitch. Compete to win a Fire 7 tablet and other great prizes. Learn more at www.SellingBee.buzz.
