Here are thee ways to promote your business online and truly connect with your current and new customers.
1. Show up where your customers hang out online.
Should you focus on TikTok or Instagram? Should you have a YouTube channel or start your own podcast? Knowing who your customers are and their fave social media and online apps will help you make these decisions.
Some entrepreneurs create businesses to help people like themselves. If this is true for your own business, then you can probably just focus on posting regularly on your fave social media app for at least a few weeks.
You could then add posts to another social media app as long as you show up regularly on both apps.

This can lead to you being interviewed and getting more opportunities to promote your business to potential new customers.

Your customers have problems and questions. You and your business’ products or services can provide some solutions and answers.
Give your customers some free, educational content online. This can be done with short, entertaining but helpful videos on social media.
Interviews with other online creators, as we mentioned before, can also help people who then become the newest customers for your business.
